Truth Street was first performed at Utter Lutonia at The Hat Factory, Luton, in 2016.

On 16 May 2017 Truth Street was performed to a sell-out audience at The Waterfront Hotel, Brighton, as part of The Brighton Festival. This reading was performed by the actor George Rennie, with music by Darren Morris.

The Brighton performance was filmed with a live audience. The performance followed the text of the book, however in the book each individual poem has its own space.
